Magnolia Town is a small and quiet little homely village that marks the start of a lot of Trainer's adventures. It is home to the infamous Professor Magnolia and her Pokemon Lab, where many of Shiara's newest Trainers receive their first Pokemon and start on their way. |

A small and quiet town set in the mountain stretch of Shiara. Portreak is a quaint little place mostly inhabited by the elderly. It is also the site of the first Gym of Shiara, where ambitious Trainers can obtain their first badge. |

Altak City is a major change on the road from Portreak. Being one of Shiara's more active cities, it is set on a windy plateau after climbing the trail from Portreak. The road descending down from Altak leads to the Low Lands and the many areas they cover of Shiara. Altak is also the site of the second Gym in the Shiara League. |

Hecklu Port serves as the first city Trainers will see when travelling to the Shiara region from other regions. This Port also serves as a gateway to other regions, and is most commonly referred to as 'The gateway to new hopes'. Hecklu houses no Gym, but many vast information centers to guide new Trainers on their way, as well as many facilities for the normal Trainer to take advantage of. |

Nudlik City is a mystery of technology. Half of the city lies on the sloping mountains, while half of it lies on flat ground. The city is somewhat active, but not as large as Altak. Marking the transition from mountainous climate into flat grasslands, Nudlik is an important boundary, and also the site of the third Gym of the Shiara League. |

Shamdrift City is possibly the most ramshackle of all the civilizations in Shiara. It is crowded and populated by thieves and criminals, and it is advised heavily to watch yourself in this city. Shamdrift is the home of the fourth Gym of the Shiara League. |

Cirrus City lies in the middle of the infamous Windswept Grasslands of the Shiara region. Trainers who manage to find their way here are on a straight path out of the grasslands of this region. Cirrus is a quaint city, with minor activity during the day, but the city comes alive with hustle and activity the moment night falls. Cirrus' Gym, the fifth in the Shiara League, can only be challenged at night. |

Gamaluke City is built next to Lake Merith, which eventually merges into the ocean farther out. This city depends upon hydro power to fuel its needs, and is alive with vibrant emerald vegetation as far as the eye can see. Gamaluke is a city built to thrive around nature and work with it. It is also the site of the sixth Gym in the Shiara League. |

Acoltour City has a weird ancient kind of feel to it. The city is mostly built carved into the side of a dusty plateau, and the seventh Gym of the Shiara League is located at the edge of this plateau. Acolotour city is home to a vast majority of the Shiara region's senior citizen population. |

Once, Feldru was a rundown and unsupported city, with a reckless Gym Leader who only cared about winning and nothing else. With the arrival of the latest Gym Leader, the city has sparked interest in numerous renovation programs to make it more appealing, headed by the funds from the newest Gym Leader, who is said to be extremely rich and wealthy. Feldru is the home of the final Gym in the Shiara League before Trainers can head to the Pokemon League. |

The Gateway, aptly named for its place as the final barrier before Victory Road, is the last civilization in the Shiara Region. Though it may seem like it would not be full of activity, many Trainers gather here to test themselves before taking the final climb up Mt. Ferst to Victory Road, and it is also the site of many famous Tournaments. |
