Stone, Eba
Eba Stone TEN (Hoenn) Male Occupation:Trainer Unknown Orientation All Types I WANNA BE THE VERY BEST, HEIGHT: 4' 2" WEIGHT: 74 lbs APPEARANCE: Eba is blond and blue-eyed. He is scrawny (his weight and height are based on mine at his age), and prefers wearing t-shirts or hoodies and shorts. LIKE NO ONE EVER WAS, LIKES:
DISLIKES:
HABITS:
FEARS:
OVERALL: Eba is a naive little ten-year old who likes battling but is a little insecure. He is afraid that he will be rejected by those he holds dear, and doesn't fully trust his pokemon to win his battles. Combining these traits, he isn't the best trainer. However, he truly cares for his pokemon, and would do anything to please them. TO CATCH THEM IS MY REAL TEST, HISTORY: When Eba was 7, he lived in Unova with his Snivy. However, his father got a job in Hoenn at the Battle Frontier, so his family moved to Hoenn, leaving Snivy in the hands of Eba's childhood friend Caitlin. When Eba turned 9, his uncle gave him an egg, which Eba kept for a year. A few days before his tenth birthday, the egg hatched into a Torchic, which he nicknamed Blaze. Upon his tenth birthday, he received his Trainer Card and set out to conquer the Hoenn region. (I will avidly update the history as Eba journeys across the Hoenn region and, eventually, across the world.) TO TRAIN THEM IS MY CAUSE, Blaze/Combusken Combusken - Male - Lv 16 - Calm - Speed Boost Blaze is very loyal to Eba. Eba hatched Blaze from an egg, and they have a bond similar to that of brothers. Blaze knows Eba's bad habit of untrust, but puts up with it anyways. Evolved to combusken during Eba's first trainer battle, against a volbeat. Ember; sends a small flame towards the target. Focus Energy; the user begins to build up their energy Scratch; scratches the target Growl; the user growls, scaring the target and lowering their attack Double Kick; the user kicks the target twice Peck; the user pecks at the target Poochyena Poochyena - Male - Lv 15 - Docile - Quick Feet Eba caught Poochyena on Oct 30, 2013. Despite the docile nature, Poochyena was quite aggresive when they first met. Poochyena's diligence was the only reason Wingull was caught, thus forming a rivalry between the two pokemon. Tackle; The user tackles its opponent Howl; The user howls, raising its attack. Sand Attack; The user kicks sand at their opponent, lowering their accuracy Bite; The user bites their opponent, sometimes causing them to flinch move; description Wingull Wingull - Female - Lv 14 - Rash - Rain Dish Eba caught Wingull on October 1st. The only reason Eba was able to catch it was because of Poochyena's diligence, so the two pokemon have a rivalry. Growl; The user growls at their opponent, lowering the opponent's attack Water Gun; The user squirts a high-speed water 'bullet' at the opponent Supersonic; The user screeches loudly with the hopes of confusing an opponent. Wing Attack; The user attacks their opponent with their wings Mist; The user cloaks its body with a white mist that prevents any of its stats from being cut for five turns. Seedot Seedot - Female - Lv 13 - Lax - Chlorophyll Eba caught Seedot on October 2nd. Caught by Wingull. Is currently considered the lowest on the team hierarchy by Poochyena and Wingull. Poochyena considers himself her mentor, and Wingull often picks on her. Bide; The user takes the opponent's attacks full-force, and then sends back twice the damage done. Harden; The user strengthens their defenses. Growth; The user's body grows all at once, raising the Attack and Sp. Atk stats. Nature Power; An attack that makes use of nature's power. Eventually, he got the team he has in the spoiler, the lower card, and challenged the pokemon league, beating the elite four, including Wallace, the champion. Timeskip - Two Years
Eba, under the alias of 'Bob' traveled Sinnoh with his Chimchar and Starly, beating the gyms. It is not known why he is doing so at the time. When he beats the league, gaining permission to bring parties of 6 from other regions, he imports an Ampharos, Shiny Tentacool, and Tyranitar over.

He helps them out too, but learns that the final Go-Rock Squad base is in Oblivia, which they put in a Grand Lock, which stops things from entering and leaving the region. With the help of Celebi, he manages to go back in time, before the Grand Lock was placed, and enter the region, destroying the Go-Rock Squad once and for all, also stopping Team Rocket from getting their hands on the Grand Lock technology.
Flashback - One Year Ago
An 11 year old travels around with a Shiny Tentacool, conquering the gyms of Johto. His name is Gold. He catches an Ampharos on the way, and gains the right to challenge the league. He beats it with ease, to the amazement of the world, and attracts great attention. He gains the right to go to Kanto, and he begins beating the gyms there. On the way, he meets Raiku, and they form a friendship, although Raiku was not caught. Once Kanto is conquered, he gains the right to challenge Red at Mt. Silver. He catches a Larvitar on the way, and then begins to fight Red. Red asks him what he wants, and he responds that 'He want's Red to rejoin the heroes'. Red makes a deal that he will join whatever Gold is talking about if Gold wins, which Gold proceeds to do so.
Flashback - One Year Before the Previous Flashback
Steven and Eba are inside a cave, their backs against the wall. Steven and Eba have a conversation about the recovery of his friends, family, and pokemon. Steven tells Eba that he needs to find Red, and gives him the name of 'Gold'.
Return to Present - After the Sinnoh League, Before Ranger Saga
Eba, Steven, and Red invade the Team Rocket base, of the 'Galactic' division. Eba summons Raiku to take out Cyrus, the leader. They then make it to the prison chamber, and he gets his family, friends, and pokemon back, although his pokemon where de-evolved because an anti-aging prototype was used on them. Steven then says he thought this would have happened. Steven tells Eba to meet Caitlin of the Battle Frontier. Eba goes to do so, but Caitlin tells him she cannot help him yet, because she did not have the power.
Timeskip - Half A Year
Eba, in the cave he met Steven, recieves an encrypted message on his laptop from Caitlin. It says she has enough power to tell him the truth, but is being watched, and that he has to meet her in person, in the Unova League. He hurries over, leaving his old team behind, because of the league rules. He gets a Snivy, and starts fighting his way through the league. Whitney, a Johto gymleader, helps him. On his way to the top, he meets a mysterious figure named N, of Team Rocket's Plasma division. N helps him on his journey, much to Eba's disbelief, all the way up to the pokemon league. While getting to the league, he acquires a Deerling, which evolves into a Sawsbuk. There, Eba beats three of the members of the elite four, and then walks into Caitlin's room. She tells him that Team Rocket is planning to freeze the world by using their anti-aging device, which had been perfected, on the earth itself, bringing it into an ice age. She tells him then that she couldn't tell him before because she had not been high enough in their organization to know, revealing that she was a spy inside Team Rocket. She then lets him go into Alder's room, where they battle, crowning Eba the Unova, Johto, Kanto, Sinnoh, AND Hoenn champion. Right as the battle finishes, N runs in and tells Eba he needs Eba's help. They run to the back door of the league, where a castle had raised from the ground. Caitlin and Whitney followed. It turned out that some people in the Plasma division, N included, had rebelled against Team Rocket. He helps them fight, defeating the seven sages. During the battle, Reshiram decides he is a hero, and joins his team. As the good Plasma escape, and the bad Plasma fight back, Whitney orders the bad to leave, to everyone's surprise. Bad Team Plasma then summon abras and teleport away. Whitney throws a white cube at Eba and Caitlin. Right before it hits them, she says that Caitlin should have stayed loyal, and then teleports away. The cube hits, and instantly the league is frozen in ice. It was the anti-aging device.
Timeskip - Half A Year
ARC 1: A New Unova
Eba is frozen, along with Caitlin and the Good Team Plasma. N was able to escape the freezing for the most part, but his legs where frozen to the ground. His Zoroark, who because of the nature of the Anti-Aging device could not unfreeze N, guards the castle and gets food for N, waiting for a trainer worthy of the title Kyurem's Hero comes along.
ARC 3: Ghetsis' Finale
Suddenly, he is freed by Steven and Jack, along with N and Caitlin. He goes to fight Ghetsis, and, with the help of James, they win.
ARC 4: The Pokemon World Tournament
Eba overwhelms all his opponents, including James. After the South Unova Tournament is over, he is invited to the Unova-Hoenn-Sinnoh Tournament. In the mean time, Eba heard that Nacrene City might have info on Cobalion, so he headed there.
He learns that Cobalion is hiding in victory road, and catches it. N then runs up to him, saying he has urgent news. Legendaries from all over the world are appearing in Unova, and attacking! A list is; Azelf, Uxie, Mesprit, Creselia, Regirock, Registeel, Regice, Latias, Latios, and Heatran. They go out to catch and calm them.
ARC 5: Unova in Peril
The first legendary Eba faces is Latios. Latios, along with Latias, was attacking Striaton crazily, severely injuring 7 people. Caitlin fought Latias. In the end, they both catch there respective legendaries, the battle coming down to them on top of Striaton Café. The next order of business is the Lake Legendaries, Azelf, Uxie, and Mesprit. While everyone else is busy looking for Rayquaza, Kyogre, and Groudon, which for some reason did not make appearances, Eba is left with the task. At Nacrene, he fights and catches Uxie, with the minimal damage of half the -freaking- town. He then goes to Mistralton for Mesprit, and the fight almost destroys the Celestial Tower. Eba then heads to Route 23, where Azelf resides. After a long battle, Azelf also gives in. Jack quickly goes to the Underground Ruins, after Regirock. He catches Regirock, and gets into a fight with Registeel. James helps him, as he caught Regice. Together, they capture the trio. Only Creselia and Heatran are left. Suddenly, Whitney is sighted in the Pokemon League. Eba tells James to gather all ex-anti-Plasma fighters, and surround her. With Whitney something bad always happens. He then leaves for Cresselia. He finds that Cresselia can not be calmed without the Lunar Wing, and that it's last known whereabouts where in an abandoned house. He goes there, and a ghost gives it to him. He hear's the ghost's story of a war that raged twenty years ago, the War of the Regions. In the war, the regions split up. Unova, Sinnoh, and Hoenn where on one side, and the others fought against them. The ghost warns him that Kanto and Johto fought on the other side as major superpowers, but there was a third superpower region. Before the ghost can tell him what it was, she faded away. The last words uttered where 'It never stopped fighting. Team Rocket still rules.' Eba hurriedly heads to Nimbasa, where Creselia was attacking. In the end, Marvelous Bridge was destroyed, but Creselia was calmed. Eba recieves a book from a man dressed in black. It was old, and only a few lines were still readable. But in one of the readable lines, Eba read that Team Rocket was in control of the non-Unova/Sinnoh/Hoenn nations at the time of the war, and they still remain in the third superpower nation. It was their headquarters. Before he can read more, an urgent news post came up on his XTranseiver, that Whitney had summoned an unknown pokemon, dubbed 'Genesect'. Eba goes to Rebirth Mountain to catch Heatran first, as Rebirth Mountain is on the verge of erupting. He finds that Heatran can only be caught if the Magma Stone is in your possession. It lies in the P2 laboratory. When Eba gets there, he finds Colress. Colress tells him that he and Ghetsis where teleported into open sea, and Kyogre swallowed Ghetsis up. Then Kyogre told him to go to P2 Laboratory, which Colress did. There, Colress found this pokemon, 'Genesect', one of team plasma's creations, and the Magma Stone. Eba recognizes it as the same kind of pokemon Whitney had. He gives the Magma Stone and Genesect to Eba. Eba then catches Heatran, and heads to the Pokemon League, and fights against Whitney one-on-one as Team Rocket fights the rest of ex-anti-Plasma. It comes down to Genesect vs Genesect. After a long and grueling battle, Whitney is put behind bars once and for all. Later, Eba interrogates her about the Team Rocket HQ region, but she doesn't say anything.
Later, Eba becomes captain of the last Plasma Frigate. He learns that the Unova-Hoenn-Sinnoh tournament takes place in half a year, and thus he leaves Unova searching for where the HQ region is. From old people, he learns that the HQ region is always moving, and thus there is no way to tell where it is, except through interrogations of Team Rocket.
Timeskip - Half A Year
ARC 1: The Prelims: Kalos
The Unova-Hoenn-Sinnoh tournament is to take place in the grand region of Kalos, which until a year ago had no Pokemon League of its own, and was considered 'neutral ground' so that no native of Hoenn would have an advantage of fighting on Hoenn soil, nor Sinnoh or Unova. The Kanto-Johto-Kalos prelims are taking place in Hoenn. Eba learns that there were 5 tournaments that fed into the UHS tournament; South Unova, North Unova, Hoenn, South Sinnoh, and North Sinnoh. Because of this, the trainer count is an odd number, 5, which is no good for a tournament. In order to whittle down the amount of trainers, the heads of the UHS tournament decided to make a secondary 'prelims,' where the trainers must go through the Kalos region gathering the badges without the use of their old pokemon, although they may keep 1 with them. First 4 to finish this race would be admitted into the true tournament, while the last one to finish would receive an invitation to next year's UHS tournament without having to go through the prelims again. Eba starts his journey with the handout pokemon called Froakie and brought his Blaziken over, and quickly catches a full team of 6 pokemon. Blaziken wanted very much to come, surprising Eba. Eba meets Serena, a local trainer, who decides to travel with him. She tells him that a guy named Lysander, who won the Hoenn tournament, had gathered up some locals and dubbed themselves Team Flare. Team Flare was getting in the way of the other trainers in the area. When facing the Santalune Gym, Eba ran into Lysander, who warned him to stay out of his way while at the same time praising at how 'beautiful' his Blaziken was, but how his other pokemon were ugly. Eba beats Santalune, and after teaching Serena how to train her pokemon better, she does too. They then travel to Lumiose, where Professor Sycamore tells Serena that she had something special in her, and deserved to be one of the three Kalos pokedex holders. With here pokedex in hand, and Eba's updated for Kalos, they headed for Cyllage. At Cyllage, they challenged the gym leader, Grant, and win easily. Eba and Serena travel uninterupted until Shalour City, where Blaziken acts uneasy when they're in the vicinity of the Tower of Mastery. As they leave Shalour town, Serena sees a Team Flare member entering the Tower of Mastery, but she and Eba don't have time to check it out because they need to be among the first to finish the journey. When they reach Dendemille Town, though, heavy snows block the way to Anistar City. To train his pokemon, Eba decides to enter the Frost Cavern. Near the end of his training session, his Pikachu wanders into the den of a sleeping Abomasnow. The Abomasnow wakes up and attacks them. It looks different than normal Abomasnow, and is stronger, too, forcing Eba to retreat out of the cave. A week later, the snow has been cleared and Eba and Serena make it to Anistar. Team Flare are swarming the town, and Lysander surprisingly allows Eba and Serena to enter the gym without trying to stop their progress. When they leave the gym, Team Flare has left the town. A holocast from Caitlin reaches Eba. She tells him that she has detected Team Rocket presence in Geosenge. He flies over in a hurry, and finds the village in ruins, and a large, crystal structure emerging from the ground in Geosenge's center. He spots some Team Rocket grunts heading inside of it through a door, and he follows. Inside, a strange, Y-shaped pokemon is chained up, and Lysander sat calmly on a chair in front of it. He greets Eba, and tells him of his plan to use this weapon, developed by a king over 3,000 years ago, to destroy Kalos. When Eba asks why, Lysander holds up a strange stone. He explains that this stone was the stone that was created when Team Rocket experimented on pokemon, this particular one the results of experimentation on Blazikens, specifically Eba's Blaziken. It had the power to bring out a pokemon's true potential, and Team Rocket wanted to keep it for themselves. However, he got his hands on the one for a Gyrados. When Team Rocket found out about this, they learned that in Kalos, many more people had found some of these stones as well. Lysander, cornered by Team Rocket, offered his services to them in exchange for being allowed to keep his stone. He told Team Rocket of a legend that over 3,000 years ago, a man named Az created this weapon as a way to revive his beloved pokemon, and his descent into madness and eventual weaponization of this machine meant to bring life. He said to Team Rocket that he could use it to destroy Kalos, wipping any trace of the stolen stones from the earth, once again leaving a monopoly in Team Rocket's hands. As Lysander is talking, a Team Flare grunt, 'escorted' by two Team Rocket grunts, is forced to kneel in front of Lysander. The Rocket grunts explain that this man had complained about the current state of being, and that how this weapon wasn't the goal of Team Flare, just to bring Lysander to the top of the pokemon world. Lysander scoffs at this comment, and then turns to the pokemon chained in the middle of the room. He orders it to activate the weapon. The Flare grunt screams, and is pushed by the Rocket grunts into the pokemon. The pokemon screeches, and then folds up into a ball around the Flare grunt. The pokemon then opens back up, and the Flare grunt is nowhere to be seen. "This is the power of Yvetal, Eba," Lysander says, a smirk on his face. Yvetal, the pokemon, then glowed bright red, and the ground started shaking. Just before the weapon fired, Blaziken grabbed the stone Lysander had from Lysander, and used it to unlock its true potential. It used its strongest attack on Yvetal, sending the monster-pokemon flying backwards. Yvetal then tries to engulf Blaziken, but Pikachu jumps in the way, and is engulfed instead. Eba screams and he punches Yvetal, knowing that he may not be able to do anything that can match the power of a pokemon, but he might as well try. Yvetal takes no notice of Eba's retaliation, and uses the life force absorbe from the Flare grunt and Pikachu to unleash the weapon. It's bolt fires straight up into the sky, and then stays there, slowly moving towards Lumiose. "It'll take a few minutes, but it'll get there eventually, and when it does, Kalos will be gone. The only places out of reach of the blast will be here, because we are underground, and Cyllage, which is shielded by the mountains, and Cyllage will fall easily with a second blast." Blaziken looks at Eba, his eyes full of sorrow. Then he looks at Lysander and Yvetal. It bends down to the ground and scratches in the letter 'X' into the floor. Then it throws the stone into Yvetal, Yvetal foolishly trying to consume it. The power of the stone is too much for it, though. It looses control, but so does Blaziken. His life force was tied to the stone that Yvetal had engulfed. With the inside of the weapon in total carnage, Lysander and the Rocket Grunts ran outside and used their bird pokemon to fly far away from Kalos. Yvetal screams, and its red hue turns grey. It falls to the ground, not moving. The bolt in the sky disappates. Blaziken closes its eyes, smiles, and dissolves into the air.
ARC 2: From Y Comes the X
To be continued when my copy of Pokemon X arrives.
NOTE: This character is the character I use for the pokemon video games. When I was younger, I wasn't a good storyteller, hence the short plot in the earlier arcs.
